These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BarberLine AI ("we," "us," or "our") and the services we provide. By signing up or using our service, you agree to these Terms.
BarberLine AI provides an AI-powered phone receptionist that answers calls, answers questions about your shop, and books appointments into your calendar on your behalf. We set up and maintain the service for your barbershop.
You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to enter into agreements on behalf of your business. The service is intended for independent barbershop owners and operators in the United States.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at hello@barberlineai.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. The setup fee is not refundable upon cancellation.

Calls handled by BarberLine AI may be recorded for quality and training purposes. You are responsible for ensuring you comply with any applicable call recording disclosure laws in your jurisdiction (e.g., two-party consent states). We recommend disclosing at the start of each call that it may be recorded.
BarberLine AI is an AI system and may occasionally make errors, misunderstand callers, or fail to handle unusual requests. We are not responsible for missed bookings, incorrect appointments, or other outcomes resulting from AI errors. You remain responsible for your business operations.
We retain all rights to the BarberLine AI platform, software, and underlying technology. You retain ownership of your business data (shop information, customer data, bookings).
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or 100% accurate service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BarberLine AI's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the service shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Sections 8–11 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
